Only for Autumn – Orange Spiced Cider

With Halloween less than a week away, there will be plenty of parties this weekend celebrating the holiday, and not just for kids. Many adults still enjoy coming up with clever costumes and dressing up. No matter the party type, here is a big batch drink suggestion, perfect for the season.

Apple cider is the base ingredient here. It is a seasonal staple that many look forward to at this time of year. Cider has a concentrated apple flavor with a pronounced earthiness, obtained by crushing fresh apples to extract their juice. The juice is then strained to remove the solids. Because it is not filtered, apple cider has a cloudy appearance.

This drink can be served warm or cold. Alcohol can be mixed into the whole batch, added to individual servings, or left out completely. All three versions make for a seasonally delicious drink!
