We’re in the final days of 2022, and it is time to plan the revelry for the beginning of a new year! My favorite way to celebrate the New Year is with tasty appetizers and festive cocktails, capped off with a champagne toast at midnight. First up this week is an appetizer suggestion.
This one is the epitome of quick and easy! It has only three ingredients, a log of goat cheese, some fig preserves, and pepitas. These ingredients are layered over each other and then seasoned with a few grinds (or shakes) of salt & pepper. Add some crackers to the serving platter, and this appetizer is good to go!
