Halloween, that annual dressing up in costume and Trick-or-Treating event, is this weekend. And I’ve got just the right libation for the occasion!
This cinnamon apple cocktail features apple cider & cranberry juice. Fireball Whisky gives the drink an intense hit of cinnamon. The final element is grenadine. Not knowing much about this particular ingredient, I did some research. Grenadine is a nonalcoholic syrup, characterized by its deep red color that instills a reddish tint to mixed drinks. It was traditionally made by combining pomegranate juice with sugar and water, and gets its name from the French word for pomegranate. In this cocktail, grenadine adds a touch of sweetness to the cocktail along with some color. This seasonal sipper will be part of our 2021 Halloween festivities.
